The SeedPEA MCP adapter performs deterministic inspection of supplied declaration packets. Its repository contains documentation, tests, and its release record.
These checks do not register a branch, execute an institutional action, or create authority.

The adapter is public preview software. The institutional portal, registration service, and certification service remain in development.
The adapter’s recorded framework baseline includes PAL v2.2. The current corpus features PAL v2.3; that does not retroactively change this implementation’s source lock or establish a newer conformance result.
